Steak Temperature GuideHere are the magic numbers you’ll need to determine when your steak is cooked to the degree of doneness you most prefer. The internal temp is when the steak should be removed from the heat. The steak will continue to cook so the temperature will rise during the rest period.

Will look forward to ordering more!!! Once you get the technique down for cooking it, 2 tries to get it to my standard of perfection, it melted like butter in our mouths! The steaks are amazing! Even the first steak which was just a little overdone (according to my standards) everyone still loved it!

I cooked on my weber, it is thick enough to cook on all 4 sides. I seared quick on high and turned down the heat and cooked on all 4 sides.

One of the best, most tender steaks I've ever eaten! Arrived still frozen and dry ice still in the cooler. Thawed them in the fridge. Only salted and then smoked for 60 minutes on the Traeger. Then reverse seared on the Weber. Amazing and totally worth it!

Fixed one the other night on the Traeger. Smoked it for 45 minutes and then cooked it on my grill grates - 10 min per side. BEST STEAK EVER!!! Perfectly medium rare and tender as can be. Thanks!
