  • Cowboy Ribeye

    This quite frankly may have been the best non-dry aged steak I have ever purchased. Juicy, tender, and the perfect amount of fat. I actually cut this steak into two separate 1 inch steaks (one bone-in and one boneless), and an additional thin-sliced steak for my daughter. Well worth it and I will definitely purchase again.

  • Half a Roast...

    No joke. the thing was over 4 pounds and it took my wife and I days to eat it. Since it was so "roast like" I decided to get my grill up to 500 and cooked for 15 minutes and then brought the heat down until the monster was at 115. BEST use of it. was meal 3 and 4 where I sliced the rest thin, warmed it in a pan and made street tacos out of them. I honestly don't know if I'd get it again, just because it's SO big.

  • Incredible!!

    This steak was 2 inch thick and can easily feed 4 people! The amount of flavor you get from the beef is remarkable. So beefy and buttery tasting. I only used Salt,Pepper and garlic to get the most of out the beef. Will definitely order this one again!

  • Cowboy Gold Grade

    One of the best steaks i've made to date, cooked indirectly on Green Egg then finished on stove w/cast iron skillet some garlic thyme...melt in your mouth!! Highly reccomend the COWBOY
