Snake River Farms spare ribs are cut St. Louis style making them perfect for grilling, smoking or barbecuing. These are 100% Berkshire pork (Kurobuta) for a deeper red color, rich flavor and juiciness. Our spare ribs are the choice of grill masters who prefer larger, meatier ribs than our baby backs.
*Please note: Kurobuta (Berkshire) ribs are smaller in size than conventional pork and we do not recommend them for competitions.
Due to the unique conformations of this product, approximate weights can vary up to +/- 0.5 pounds. The membrane is removed.

I bought the advertisement picture, but what I received was a very small, skinny rack of ribs. That flavor was good but not worth the price. Won’t order again.

We cooked the spare ribs on our big green and really enjoyed them. We would buy these again.

Pass on these
We thoroughly enjoy SRF beef, but take a hard pass on these kurobuta ribs. They look nothing like the picture and once I actually did the math, realized they never could have. A one pound rack of spare ribs? They were wafer thin. They will never look anything like this advertisement.

Good, not Great
These were good. But definitely not worth the 5-10x price tag over local spare ribs. While I think the wagyu steaks are occasionally worth splurging, I will definitely not be buying these ribs again.
