This package was inspired by a holiday dinner served by one of our co-workers. Rummaging through his freezer, he found these three items. Cooking one of these was not enough to feed all the guests, so he prepared them all. The guests were amazed by the variety of delicious offerings at one festive meal and an idea was born. Of course, you can also prepare these one at a time.
The cowboy steak is a bone-in, thick cut ribeye. It also doubles as a small prime rib. The Manhattan roast is cut from the striploin so it has the marbling and flavor of a New York strip steak.
