northwestern prime brisket
most tender and tastiest brisket I!ve ever cooked. After I ordered it,I saw an ad for free shipping. I called and Rose took care of the credit with no problem. Questioned cooking brisket fat side down so I researched that and found out it didn!t matter which way you cook it. Best meat I ever ate.

Never made a brisket this good before
I have been doing brisket for about 10 years now and this was my first run with a SRF brisket. I had an 11 lb brisket cooked it at 250 for 14 hours. Took the brisket out with an internal temp at 200. This was the most tender brisket I have ever eaten. I heard multiple people at the party it was the best brisket they ever had. I won’t buy another brisket from anywhere else this will be my go to.

I have been contemplating trying a RR or SRF brisket for some time. I received one in the mail last week by mistake. After notifying SRF customer service, which also deserves 5 stars, they told me thanks for letting them know and enjoy the Brisket! I put it on my smoker Memorial day. Ran it 4.5 hours @ 250 degrees then pulled and wrapped. Back on the smoker for 3 more hours to an internal temp in the thickest part of the flat of 200 degrees. This was probably the most tender, moist and flavorful brisket I have ever cooked! My gang devoured this thing. I used a mix of hickory and cherry pellets, the outer bark was a deep mahogany color and the flavor was FANTASTIC! I did not trim it at all and cooked fat side up. While I did have some fat to throw away after final slicing, the fat up method worked out great on this brisket as the rendering process kept the meat very moist indeed. In short, I would highly recommend this brisket and will have to try one of the Wagyu varieties later in the summer. Thanks for another memorable meal SRF.
