Snake River Farms spare ribs are cut St. Louis style making them perfect for grilling, smoking or barbecuing. These are 100% Berkshire pork (Kurobuta) for a deeper red color, rich flavor and juiciness. Our spare ribs are the choice of grill masters who prefer larger, meatier ribs than our baby backs.
*Please note: Kurobuta (Berkshire) ribs are smaller in size than conventional pork and we do not recommend them for competitions.
Due to the unique conformations of this product, approximate weights can vary up to +/- 0.5 pounds.

BEST RIBS EVER
The spare ribs have the best flavor of ribs I have ever had. My only complaint is that for the price, I wish they had a larger rack size and each rib more meaty. One end of the rib had a lot of meat and then it got smaller as you work down the rib. I will indulge in these again!!

We recieved these as a promotional item and they were awesome. I don't know due to price point how often i could afford a $30 for a set of ribs but for a special dinner these would be perfect.

One thumb up
Good ribs, but not quite two thumbs up. Smoked at 250-275 with just a rub on them. They were tender & juicy, but not quite enough meat on them. Almost seemed like they weren't cut/trimmed properly. There was alot of fat to trim off prior to smoking....and we didn't even trim it all off so as to leave some on for flavor. I'm glad they were included with the promo code for my holiday order.
