Snake River Farms spare ribs are cut St. Louis style making them perfect for grilling, smoking or barbecuing. These are 100% Berkshire pork (Kurobuta) for a deeper red color, rich flavor and juiciness. Our spare ribs are the choice of grill masters who prefer larger, meatier ribs than our baby backs.
*Please note: Kurobuta (Berkshire) ribs are smaller in size than conventional pork and we do not recommend them for competitions.
Due to the unique conformations of this product, approximate weights can vary up to +/- 0.5 pounds. The membrane is removed.

Best ribs I've ever had
I used a homemade dry rub for these ribs and they were probably the best I've ever had. 3 hours of smoke and 3 hours wrapped in butcher paper at 225°. We'll be buying again.

Ribs, Ribs, Ribs
Clearly not everyone is reading the info on the description. These ribs are small but pack a big flavor. I think they might even be as good as the baby back ribs however they are too small for competitive cooking as stated. So much better than supermarket.

SRF Team : Hi James,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We hope you enjoyed the Kurobuta Spare Ribs!
I prepped by using Traeger's pork and poultry rubbed. Put in fridge for almost 2 days. Smoke on a new trader grill using 3-2-1 method. Came out as the best ribs I ever smoked! Will order these again but only as special event as the price is above my pay scale. Thanks!

I put them in a 225 oven with a spicy rub for 5 hours——then another hour with BBQ sauce. Enough for two delicious.
I think 5 hours was an hour too much but my husband was unusually complimentary ——-worth the price!
