  • INCREDIBLE STEAKS

    I wanted to start sending high end steaks as gifts to my clients and so naturally I had to send them to myself first. Just wanted to make sure the quality was worth the price. The steaks superseded my expectations. The flavor was incredible. I cooked them Sous Vide for 2 hours and seared them on my Green Egg. They were worth every penny and I’m confident my clients will love them as well. I made 3 additional orders for clients after this one and I’m looking forward to sending another test batch to myself.
