Steak Temperature GuideHere are the magic numbers you’ll need to determine when your steak is cooked to the degree of doneness you most prefer. The internal temp is when the steak should be removed from the heat. The steak will continue to cook so the temperature will rise during the rest period.

Better than a Chophouse
Buying steaks, at a local grocery store, is a gamble. Sometimes they are good, sometimes they are bad -even when you are buying from the same store, same cut on the same day. Not all cows are created equal.
We purchased two of the Wagyu NY strips. From the moment we saw them, we know they were going to be different. They were marbled perfectly -better than I have ever seen in a store. The steak cut like butter with an outstanding flavor. My husband remarked that "this is the best home made steak I have ever had. Let me re-phrase, I think this is the best steak I have ever had -better than any restaurant."
We will be repeat customers.

Love it,Love it...but
Love the product, but package wasnt sealed properly. There was blood all over my other items. Seems to happen with every order i get. Does that happen to any of you?

Top notch Quality and cut. Grilled it to an internal temp of 125* and let rest to for 10 minutes for a perfect medium rare. Most tender and juicy piece of meat I ever had!
