What an amazing Prime Rib! I ended up doing a reverse sear @ 250 degrees for three hours and finished it off by searing it @ 500 degrees on my pellet smoker with a mix of cherry and pecan wood pellets. The color, texture and flavor was better than any other prime rib I’ve ever had...

For $425, we received the minimum weight of 8.0 lbs. Ther prime rib was just average. I could have saved money by purchasing a high quality Prime rib from Costco.

Very Tender - Delicious
We were fortunate to haver our entire family together for Christmas Dinner. I wanted it to be special. The Waygu Prime Rib was great. My son, who is a chef, remarked that it was the best prime rib he ever ate. Will order again.
