    Fantastic flavor. did a crosshatch cut and put a little dry rub , seared it and grilled it low. You can't stop eating it !!!

    Marinated the Cullotte in a simple sauce I sometime use for fajitas for 8 hours. Then moved bag with meat and marinade to Sous Vide @ 120* for 90 minutes. Finished off on open coal pit for 3 minutes per side. Roast was then sliced into steak sized pieces and served with black beans, rice and fresh guacamole. The results were fantastic! Beautiful medium rare, more tender than any fajita we've ever had with a fantastic beefy flavor yet not overwhelmed by the marinade. I will be ordering this cut again. Just after I enjoy the other one in the freezer :-)

    This was one of the tastiest steaks I’ve ever had. Simple SPG rub and off the the smoker, And reverse seer. I have already purchased more.
