Our American Wagyu roasts are hand selected and hand cut from the premium ribeye section and include both the highly prized cap and center eye that’s rich with beautiful internal marbling. These prime ribs are incredibly juicy, loaded with spectacular flavor, and smooth textured with a fine grain.

  • Best Prime rib ever!

    Over the years I have eaten prime rib in some very fancy restaurants, but have never had one nearly as good as the one I got from SRF. Our dinner guests raved about what a great cook I was, but all the credit goes to your roast.

  • Oh Yeah!

    This is about the 5th one of these we have cooked. All have been fantastic. The last one went on smoker after being rubbed with Lea & Perrin's, salt, garlic powder and fresh ground black pepper. Smoked at 550* for 35 minutes with a hint of Pecan wood, then transferred to oven @ 200* until internal temp reach 125*. While simply done, this roast was fantastic! A perfect medium rare throughout with just enough smoke so as not to overwhelm the Wagyu Beef flavor and a slightly crispy outer crust to boot. My family and I are also of the opinion these roasts are an excellent value when purchased while on sale. Will probably order another very soon.

    We had the most amazing Rib Roast from SRF for Christmas Dinner - everyone raved about it. We used the special pepper salt and made our own horseradish to compliment this great tasting roast!
