Roast Temperature Guide

Here are the magic numbers you’ll need to determine when your roast is cooked to the degree of doneness you most prefer. The internal temp is when the roast should be removed from the heat. The roast will continue to cook so the temperature will rise during the rest period.

  • Best cut of meat ever

    Cut into a roughly 4-5 lb roast and created 4 perfect ribeye filets with the remaining few lbs. It was over the top incredible. Not sure I can cook another Prime Rib with anything but this roast.

    My Gold Grade was very flavorful, however the tenderness did not match up to a Gold Grade. Somewhat disappointed.

  • BMS GRADE

    Just received my american wagyu whole eye ribeye roast gold grade. In my honest opinion the grade of 9+ is definitely off. I would say the BMS grade is between a 6-7 and not what is advertised of 9+. Disappointed about that but lets see how they come out. I usually order mine from another company and the BMS grade is on point as described but just wanted to try out SRF. Not sure if I will be purchasing again. Delivery was smooth and packaged extremely well.
