New-Found Annual Tradition
We simply tossed the brisket in a slow-cooker with some onions/celery/carrots that we had on hand. No fuss. (Tossed in some Guinness stout, too, for good measure!). Came out beautifully!

I have never been a big fan of corned beef but make it the one time a year for St. Patrick's day. I couldn't get over the taste and how delicious this was. This will be a must have for every St. Patrick's day and maybe added to the menu a little more often than once a year!

its, brisket needs to be cooked slowly at a low temp to break down the tissue.
Instant pot, it did a perfect job here!
