    The corned beef was delicious....but we prefer the round that is sold in Costco during St Patrick’s Day. When does the round cut become available through your site?

We apologize for any frustration this may have caused. In regards to the round cut, we do not carry that on our website but we do carry the Brisket Flat.

    The corned beef was absolutely awesome for my pastrami recipe on the Big Green Egg. Worth the extra money.

  • New-Found Annual Tradition

    We simply tossed the brisket in a slow-cooker with some onions/celery/carrots that we had on hand. No fuss. (Tossed in some Guinness stout, too, for good measure!). Came out beautifully!

  • Not up to Snake River Farm quality

    We too received the Lund & Byerlys labeled corned beef. It was sold to us as a "black grade" selection of meat, which we've enjoyed in the past with roasts and steaks. This was not a superior brisket by any means. The cooking instructions say 4 hours of cooking, however I kept it in my slow cooker for double that time. It was still a bit tough, with unremarkable flavor. Would not purchase again.
