Snake River Farms Gold Grade Whole Ribeye Roll
The Snake River Farms Gold Grade whole ribeye is our largest and most exclusive cut of beef. This is the entire ribeye roll which includes the cap and the intensely marbled interior eye. Referred to as a subprimal cut, it is what our master butchers use to cut our Gold Grade prime ribs and ribeye steaks. We are offering this for our customers who are interested in creating truly custom cuts of the finest American Wagyu beef. Hand-cut spectacular 2 or 3 inch ribeye steaks, a small prime rib or roast the entire roll for a feast of epic proportions. Limited quantities are available.
See our Prime Rib Perfection Prep Guide for the best way to prepare your Gold Grade prime rib. Step-by-step methods for your oven, smoker or grill are included. You can also download a printable guide to use in the kitchen or back yard.

We did this for Thanksgiving 2019, this was incredible. I’ve done way too many prime ribs....this is by far the best! Don’t skip this, it’s a yearly tradition for us now.

SRF Team : Thank you for taking your time to write this review, Pete! The American Wagyu Gold Grade Whole Ribeye Roll is definitely a holiday hit with it's rich flavor! We are happy to hear you will enjoy it for years to come!
Ordered this for guys' golf trip. Had it delivered to VRBO location. Everything went smoothly and arrived as planned. Carved this roast into custom steaks.
EVERYONE, and there were some experienced steak eaters there, said that this product was the best they have ever had. We were all blown away. My only advice would be to order slightly conservative amounts - our eyes were too big for our stomachs. This beef is full of flavor and RICH. Very filling. Will definitely order again!

Cooked this up as 2 roast on a pellet grill and finished on a charcoal grill for the sear. The family (32 people) only left 3 lbs of this 20 lbs beast after the Christmas dinner feast.
