Very good. Great flavor, tenderness above average. Only negative I felt it was a bit over priced

  • Really Good, Not Great.

For $90, I was a bit disappointed in the flavor and texture of this ribeye. I ended up cutting away at least 2oz of the unchewable fat and gristle. I’ve cooked plenty of USDA Prime grade ribeyes from local butchers that were every bit as good as this cut at half the price per pound. The flavor was really great for your average Prime ribeye, but doesn’t hold up to any Wagyu cuts I’ve had. I don’t think I’d buy this again.
