Cut from our American Wagyu beef graded at 9 or more on the Japanese Beef Marbling Scale (BMS), the Gold Grade ribeye could be our most magnificent steak. Each ribeye includes the rare cap section and has the traditional flavor favored by American palates combined with the rich buttery essence of Japanese Wagyu. I could not have asked for a better anniversary meal than two of these ribeyes. Outstanding marbling and full of flavor. Light salt and pepper was all that was needed. I was able to get a great sear on the grill. Well worth it!

I got this for C’s birthday this year. He was super pleased. We sous vide the steak for about 2 hours before grilling it in high high heat to sear the sides. Easy and delicious. Would buy again.

We are huge ribeye fans and this one always steals the show. So incredibly delicious with the perfect amount of fat marbled throughout. Such a treat for any occasion.
