Here are the magic numbers you’ll need to determine when your steak is cooked to the degree of doneness you most prefer. The internal temp is when the steak should be removed from the heat. The steak will continue to cook so the temperature will rise during the rest period.

  • Fajita Dinner

    We seasoned the steak by rubbing it with a fresh lemon, then with a commercial store bought fajita seasoning. We grill both sides and took it off the grill rare. We then sliced it against the grain in thin strips. With a hot pan with olive oil, we added a generous amount of thin sliced sweet onions and bell peppers, then added the sliced flank steak and season it a bit more with the fajita seasoning. Served with salad, flour tortillas and Spanish rice. The best fajitas we have ever had anywhere, thanks to the quality of the steak...
