Steak Temperature GuideHere are the magic numbers you’ll need to determine when your steak is cooked to the degree of doneness you most prefer. The internal temp is when the steak should be removed from the heat. The steak will continue to cook so the temperature will rise during the rest period.

Tender and flavorful
This cut is very tender and flavorful. I personally think this is even better then the gold. It doesn’t have the fat and the right amount marbling so it has a nice bite.

my go to cut for the price
The best flavor for a leaner cut, I cook on a hot grill to 120 degrees and let rest for 15 minutes, slice against the grain, flavorful and tender!

Just a wonderfully flavored cut of meat. Seasoned with BPS Cash Cow, dry brined for a few hours in the fridge then hard seared to medium rare. Would rival most any store-bought cap of ribeye out there. Definitely a go-to premium steak!
