I have ordered about 18 of these steaks thus far and they are incredible I reverse sear them low and slow to an internal temp of 125 degrees and then sear over red hot Fogo charcoal for about 90 seconds a side for that crisp on the Outside.

Heaven thy name is wagyu
I purchased for a buddy’s bday to cook up. I sous vide at 130 for 3 hours then gave it a nice crust with a sear. Wow. Just wow. We had 4 ppl eating off that it was so big. The best steak I ever had hands down

Amazing flavor, inconsistent weight
I ordered these as a Father's Day gift for my better half and was so impressed with the size and quality of the cowboy steaks (over 3 lbs each!). We seared the meat on the grill and then sous vide it for a few hours to a perfect medium rare and then finished it on the grill. We loved it so much that we sent a set to my brother in law and his arrived today much smaller, 2.0 lbs and 2.5 lbs. Still great steak, but didn't compare to the set we received ourselves.
