Steak Temperature GuideHere are the magic numbers you’ll need to determine when your steak is cooked to the degree of doneness you most prefer. The internal temp is when the steak should be removed from the heat. The steak will continue to cook so the temperature will rise during the rest period.

Exceptional quality; tremendous flavor. Was concerned as to losing flavor due to the shipping process and need to preserve the cut. Could not have been farther from reality. Exquisite.

The steaks were a great hit...
They were served with the following:
Baked seafood stuffed mushrooms
Your steaks (cooked Med Rare)
Maine Lobster tails with garlic butter
Double stuffed baked garlic and Parm potatoes
Strawberry short cake drizzled with dark chocolate.
