Excellent Beef - not BMS 9+
The ribeye arrived quickly and there were no issues ordering. The meat itself was excellent, but I’m not sure it was BMS 9+.

Reverse seared perfection
Salted for 4 hours. Dry rub for 1 hour. Smoked this at 225 till it hit 120. The a reverse sear. Rest for 20 minute. The verdict: best we've ever eaten! Congratulations
