    The most amazing flank steak I’ve ever seen or eaten. The look was incredible which moves you right to anticipating the meal and this steak delivers. Great beef flavor, tender with just the right amount of bite, juicy and delicious. 125 is the perfect temperature for this steak.

    are you kidding me. really. flank steak is one of my favorite cuts and this cut is like no other. forget filet try t6his extraordinary cut of beef. just add a little salt and pepper and grill. I cut it with a fork. no lie, I cut flank steak with a fork. try it, you will order it everytime.
