Sous vide unseasoned for 48 hrs at 135, seasoned with kosher salt, pepper and garlic, seared on hot grill. Unquestionably the best beef we have ever had. Thanks SRF!

Best flank steak I ever had. I used it for some mind blowing fajitas. It ate so nice that we are getting more to use as straight steak dinner. So tender and it takes flavors well.

What a yummy steak. It was beefy and well marbled. We put salt, pepper, garlic powder and grilled it to a medium well. This was one of the best steaks I had in a long time.
