Here are the magic numbers you’ll need to determine when your steak is cooked to the degree of doneness you most prefer. The internal temp is when the steak should be removed from the heat. The steak will continue to cook so the temperature will rise during the rest period.

Medium Rare Red, warm center 120°F
Medium Pink throughout 130°F
Medium Well Pink center 140°F
Well No pink Not recommended

    having discovered this steak and provider, in early 2018, these are now what I keep and cook at home. Far more tasty than any of the prime/choice steaks of my past. Thanks for the great product

  • Better than a Chophouse

    Buying steaks, at a local grocery store, is a gamble. Sometimes they are good, sometimes they are bad -even when you are buying from the same store, same cut on the same day. Not all cows are created equal.

    We purchased two of the Wagyu NY strips. From the moment we saw them, we know they were going to be different. They were marbled perfectly -better than I have ever seen in a store. The steak cut like butter with an outstanding flavor. My husband remarked that "this is the best home made steak I have ever had. Let me re-phrase, I think this is the best steak I have ever had -better than any restaurant."

    We will be repeat customers.
