    Have made several things with these cuts and even had them on their own with a side dish...Stew , Chilli , but my favorite is a bok choy choy stir fry....Will be ordering several when back in stock as im out of this product myself...

  • Wow

    I mean just wow, I used the Jacobsen salt co steak seasoning that srf sells on this website I suggest trying it If you haven't I shared this 1lb with my brother but he hardly eats so he had 3-5 peices but he loved the way it tasted! So did I! I let em thaw for about 24 hours then I took em and drained all the blood I could but didnt pay em dry dont do that! Then season them in a bag preferably vacum seal and make sure to use the steak seasons liberally!! As in make sure to use enough but dont go crazy you want to eat this not throw it away. Then I sealed em up didnt let it suction out too much air just to where the bag became flesh with the meat, didnt want to clean juices out of my vacume sealer also it's not needed. Then I let em sit 2 hours in the fridge then 30 minutes out at room temp finally I threw em on a griddle plat that I had melted some beef fat into from just random nice cuts of meat I trimmed it wasnt much and then flipped em around for maybe 7 minutes until they were all nicely seared i griddle plate was heated on my grill because I beleive it adds a bit more flavor. Over a nice nice nice experience for the price of super store cuts of meat that arent as good. If I can get it on sale some time I will definitely buy a bit of a surplus! Great product I also have the tenderloin pieces and these were so tender I cant imagine his tender those will be. Just awesome

  • Best Stew / Sandwiches / Fajitas EVER

    Seriously, the value of these little tender morsels can’t be beat. A slow braise for a couple hours and they literally fall apart in juice tender goodness. Or sear them in a skillet for amazing flavor for steak sandwiches or Mexican. I can’t get enough!

  • Great cuts, Great Value

    These little cuts are absolutely delicious in stews, stir fry and other dishes. I just cooked up 2 LBS of these earlier this week in a quick roux based beef gravy with portabellos and baby asparagus over egg noodles. After feeding 6 adults generously, I had just enough to hide from wife and adult kids for an awesome lunch yesterday. :-)

    When you stop to consider value, these tasty little morsels deliver the goods as well. The above described meal cost $50.50 in total and fed 7 mouths. That's less than $7.25 per meal. I'm not sure I could eat a fast food burger for that price. Not to mention the stark contrast in taste and quality.

    I'm about to place another order for these pieces ASAP. You will not be disappointed doing the same.
