Burger
The burger patties were Great!!!!!!!! My wife and I loved them!!!!!!!! I will definitely be ordering more!!!!!!! I retired from the Marines Corps and do a lot of Barbecues in my back yard. You guys keep up the Great work!!!!!!!!

So delicious, but...
Near disaster narrowly missed. As always, everything in my order was delicious. We love the wagyu dogs and hanger steak. Unfortunately, I made a large order and the box arrived partially broken. Even one of the freezer bags was broken. Everything was still very cold and partially frozen, but this arrived on a warm day. I was serving dogs for a party the next day, so this was not a problem, but I was very disappointed with the failure of the packaging.

SRF Ground beef = Great burgers!
If cooked right, it'll be one of the best burgers you've ever had. I've either cook them on a cast iron skillet or on my grill grates flipped upside down using mmt pk grill. Cook to medium or medium rare, you won't be disappointed!
