Snake River Farms

Chop houses were once a place where deals were hatched over platters of the finest steaks and pork chops available. While the traditional chop house may be a thing of the past, you can still prepare the highest quality meats possible with the Snake River Farms Chop House Collection.

Our Kurobuta pork is considered to be equal in status to “Kobe beef.” We use only 100% purebred Berkshire hogs as mandated by the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture.

Snake River Farms American Wagyu beef is coveted by award-winning chefs and served in top rated restaurants throughout the world. Snake River Farms beef features a buttery texture, complex flavors, subtle sweetness and a lingering finish.

This package combines a generous assortment of American Wagyu beef and Kurobuta pork. You and your guests can choose from a hand-selected assortment with 3 different cuts of steak and 2 different types of pork chops. This is a unique gift that is perfect for the food lovers on your gift list.

  • Top Sirloin Not Up to Par

All the beef cuts were very good except the Top Sirloin. Of course these are the least expensive cuts in this collection but both steaks were very tough and of poor quality. The filet was excellent and the pork was OK, but not stellar. I would suggest buying only the better cuts and avoiding the collections.
