    Having did my previous review I would like to update that I broke down and tried the bigger portions...I do love the meat, and I feel that's a better way to go so I don't feel like I did the first time...4oz is to small...8oz is better

    Prepared these using reverse sear in the oven, then finished on a cast iron pan. Amazingly tender and flavorful, they weren't over-hyped. A wonderful special treat.

  • GOTTA LOVE IT!

    if you really like the full flavor of great beef then you have to try SRF Gold Wagyu Cap of Ribeye. We dry brined overnight and then reverse seared to 131F...we also prepared a store-bought Prime Cap of Ribeye the same way for comparison...NO COMPARISON...SRF Wagyu Cap of Ribeye wins hand down! Amazing!

  • Amazing

    We had 2 of these tonight. Cooked them low & slow, rest & sear. Absolutely delicious. Perfectly marbled & melted like butter. They were so rich, we couldn’t even finish them. Can’t wait to enjoy them again with friends!
