This luxurious tenderloin roast is the perfect centerpiece for any celebration or special occasion. Each tenderloin roast shares the same buttery texture and delicious mild flavor as our top selling filet mignon steaks. Gently marbled, each center cut roast is naturally low in fat, but has a mild flavor that is almost addictive. Our tenderloin roasts are extremely versatile and can be roasted whole or cut into filets.
Roast Temperature GuideHere are the magic numbers you’ll need to determine when your roast is cooked to the degree of doneness you most prefer. The internal temp is when the roast should be removed from the heat. The roast will continue to cook so the temperature will rise during the rest period.
