Wagyu Gold Prime Rib
This was a superb cut of meat. Also used Lopez-Alt's cooking method, and It turned out extraordinarily juicy, tender, and flavorful. I could not convince my family and guests that the roast was easy to prepare. They just couldn't believe something that turned out so beautiful and delicious hadn't had me slaving in the kitchen for days using arcane cooking methods. I can't recommend it enough!

I've tried for 45 years to cook a prime rib as good as a restaurant and failed. This rib roast came out exactly like a quality restaurant slice, except it was BETTER! Melt in your mouth tender with moan worthy flavor.

Extremely flavorful and unique
I reverse seared this with just salt, pepper, butter, rosemary and thyme. Roast came out very flavorful with a very unique and delicious flavor than anything else I've had before.

Roasted on Christmas Day using Kenji Lopez-Alt’s reverse sear technique. Finished a beautiful rosy rare with a crisp, delicious crust. Excellent prime rib sandwiches the next day, and then made wonderful prime rib hash. Yummy!
