Snake River Farms Gold Grade Whole Ribeye Roll

The Snake River Farms Gold Grade whole ribeye is our largest and most exclusive cut of beef. This is the entire ribeye roll which includes the cap and the intensely marbled interior eye. We are offering this for our customers who are interested in creating truly custom cuts of the finest American Wagyu beef.  Hand-cut spectacular 2 or 3 inch ribeye steaks, a small prime rib or roast the entire roll for a feast of epic proportions. • Wonderful Treat

Cooked this up as 2 roast on a pellet grill and finished on a charcoal grill for the sear. The family (32 people) only left 3 lbs of this 20 lbs beast after the Christmas dinner feast.
