I have yet to taste ANY steak like this one. It has the most devine flavor. I don't barbecue them because I donot want ANYTHING to affect the perfect flavor.

Short on Weight
Seems minor. But, I ordered two steaks listed as 1.2 pounds each on website. One packaged steak was 1.2 and the other package was 1.0 pounds. I mean, for that kind of money, if you are going to error at all, it should be over the stated amount, not under. Somewhat deceptive I would say. Seriously awesome steaks though.

best ribeye of any and all waygus
Snake River farms waygu gold ribeye is the best ribeye period. Dont get me wrong but A5 waygu is great/amazing and everything but it's essentially pure fat, hard to eat more than a few ounces because its so rich. But the snake river farms gold ribeye is perfect because its still highly highly marbled. what sets it apart and this is the key is that it has such a nice beefy flavor. Flavor is insanely good. Much better than even Miyazaki A5, australian wagyu etc..it has such a nice red color. I cut the gold ribeye into slices and grill over japanese binchotan charcoal(same charcoal yakitori restaraunts use) with some crushed sea salt from the grinder and its literally the most amazing thing ive ever eaten. thank you snake river farms, its one of a few pleasures that is so worth the money!

Yes, it's expensive but some of the best beef I have eaten. The flavor is devine and it's big enough, I can make two meals out of one steak.
