  • Holy Deliciousness

    I bought these for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. Let’s just say that he may have fainted just a little after seeing the steaks come out of the box. Then he fainted some more after grilling these babies up. The meat was just so tender and delicious. Definitely getting these for my dad for his birthday. Thank you Snake River Farms.

  • Pay more get less

    This has been my go to steak, until now. I'll probably still buy it, but under protest. This steak was 2 lbs., 32 oz. for $99. $3.09/ oz. Now it's 1.2 lbs., 19.2 oz. for $89. $4.63/ oz. That's the American way, pay more get less.

    This steak was 2 lb. for $99. Now it's 1.2 lb. for $89. That means we were paying $3.09/oz. Now that the price has been reduced about 10%, but the weight has been reduced to 1.2 lb., so we're paying $4.63/ oz. By my arithmetic that's an increase of $1.53/ oz. Is that a good deal?

  • Wagyu Gold Grade Rib Eyes

    First time purchase from SRF, so I went withe the rib eyes. Ordering process and packaging/shipping were impressive. Steaks arrived rock hard frozen.

    Used the indirect cooking process on my Weber with mesquite charcoal after seasoning with salt and pepper only. Brought the steaks to 120 and then finished over a full chimney of fresh hot charcoal for four min sear, rotating every minute. The marbling was unreal and made for a perfect sear at just over medium rare. Flavor and tenderness are second to none. Bottom line these steaks are not cheap but you get what you pay for, just buy them!
