What is American Wagyu Black and Gold Label?
Our Gold label cuts contain more marbling than our Black label cuts. But even our Black label steaks and other cuts have marbling superior to USDA Prime beef. Read about the difference.
How long will my SRF products last and how should I store them?
You can safely store your SRF products in the freezer for up to 6 months for optimal quality. Per USDA guidelines~ if meat is kept at 40 degrees (refrigerator temperature) or cooler~ you can safely store in the refrigerator for 7 days once thawed.  More details.
