Wagyu Gold brisket
I ordered a 14-16 pound gold brisket, but I received an 18 pounder. The fat marbling was insane and everyone loved the brisket. Smoked it on the Traeger for about 16 hours and used Meat Church Holy Cow + Holy Gospel. Highly recommend this brisket for special occasions.

Worth Every Penny and Some
18 LB GOLD, turned into black gold when I was done smoking it, loved the taste and marbling was exquisite. it was butchered very nicely although I would have l loved more of a fat cap on the point, that just works better on an off set smoker. still it was the most moist brisket I have ever smoked and no injections needed. I am looking forward to buying again.

Hands down best brisket I've ever cooked. Smoked it for Father's Day and everyone couldn't get enough of it. No knives needed. Fork tender. Will be buying again.

I've been cooking and smoking stuff for a long time. This beautiful 13.2 lb brisket smoked for 11 hours on the big green egg. Simple 50/50 salt and pepper. Best Ever!!!
