Review of Wagyu Gold Packer Brisket
I recently purchased two 14-16 pound SNF GOLD Wagyu brisket packers (my first ever Wagyu briskets). I cooked one of them on my birthday July 28th with several relatives in attendance. All my previous briskets have been great, but this one was far and away the best ever! It was so tender that I could hardly lift it off the grill. The ends would almost fall apart when I grabbed them. It was fantastic! The meat ended up being so tender that you could eat it without a knife and actually probably didn't even need teeth!
Thank goodness my son talked me into testing it. I'm now hooked!
I can recommend this product without reserve, and can assure you it will be the best you ever ate.
P.S. Cooked on Weber grill with a charcoal "fuse" at about 175-185 degrees. Fat side UP, tins of water in the grill to maintain moisture. Let is "rest" for two hours in large cooler wrapped in foil and three large towels.

I've now cooked two Gold Grade briskets, and I wanted to wait until I cooked more than one to officially review these.
These briskets are absolutely amazing. The quality shows through as soon as you open the package as you see the marbling dispersed through the meat. It's soft and pliable from the get-go which is a big precursor to how tender the end product is.
The end product is simply outstanding. Tenderness - textbook; it will pass the pull test with absolutely no problem. Moisture - abundant; you don't need to inject this with anything because the marbling does all of the work for you. Flavor - pure beef goodness.
The difference between the Gold Grade and the Black Grade briskets is subtle but distinct. The Gold Grade brisket flat will yield a slightly more tender and flavorful product - again, a result of more marbling. If you're competing this may be the difference between you getting a call or not.
I can safely say this is the best brisket available on the market today. Kudos to SRF for a superior product!

I ordered 3 different American wagyu brisket gold grade from 3 different farms. I smoked all of them at different but the same smoker and the same wood. The snake river brisket was by far the best. The marbling and overall flavor was superior to the others. I will continue to purchase your meats.
