The picanha (also know as the coulotte or coulotte steak) is a hard-to-find cut of beef that’s well worth the search. It is triangular in shape and considered to be the most delectable meats for the grill in Brazilian steakhouses. Sourced from the sirloin cap, the picanha has a tender sirloin steak texture and rich, juicy beef flavor. We’ve left the fat cap intact to gently bathe the meat with its savory essence and keep the meat moist and tender.
Of course, the Snake River Farms picanha adds the intense marbling of American Wagyu to create an exceptional eating experience. Roast our picanha whole or cut thick slices against grain to make outstanding culotte steaks. No matter how you serve this uncommon cut you’ll love its distinctive flavor and delicious complexity.

An Amazing piece of meat ...
I completely recommend this cut. It is juicy, tender, flavorful, etc. I always buy this product. I cut it into steaks and use only salt. Delicious!!!!

This Picanha is the best steak I have ever had cooked or eaten. It was the star of the show at our family weekend cookout. When my reputation as a pit master is on the line, I am serving SRF!

nice picanha roast
this excellent cut took an average BBQ enthusiast and made him look like a master who had mastered the trade for 40 yrs.

My first Picanha
Well, it was great. Cut it into steaks, marinated for several hours, and it went onto the grill. Medium rare, juicy, tender, and fantastic rich flavor. Great cut of meat, absolutely, and clearly superior quality.
I have tried other suppliers of American Wagyu, but so far Snake River Farms' meat is superior every time.
I will get this cut again, and Snake River Farms will be my go-to for the best beef.

The best meat experience I have had in a while. The flavor is awesome. Not as tender as tenderloin or ribeye, but plenty tender and definitely delicious.
