We are excited to offer the Snake River Farms Gold Grade tenderloin roast, available now on a limited basis. Also known as the Filet Mignon Roast, the Gold Grade designation ensures you will receive the highest level of marbling available from Snake River Farms. This roast is the entire tenderloin and can be prepared whole for a memorable meal for a large gathering. There is also the option to cut this into filet mignon steaks. The flavor profile of this unique roast features the butter-like flavor and texture associated with Japanese Wagyu beef combined with the hearty traditional flavor preferred by the American palate.

Due to the unique conformations of this product, approximate weights can vary up to +/- 0.5 pounds.   

Roast Temperature Guide

Here are the magic numbers you’ll need to determine when your roast is cooked to the degree of doneness you most prefer. The internal temp is when the roast should be removed from the heat. The roast will continue to cook so the temperature will rise during the rest period.

    I prepared a special dinner for my friends who, like me are quite discerning. This filet did not disappoint. I was worried about it being frozen as I usually steer away from that. Don’t worry! Expensive and worth it! I will continue ordering this.

  • Same quality and taste as A5 fillets!

    My favorite to order from SRF. I have had quite a bit of A5 wagyu and this is pretty much an exact match to most A5 fillets. Always keep at least 1 of these in my freezer at all times.

    I have to say that not only is this product delicious, by all means, but I will stress here the fact that We felt that it is good for us too. We are very sensitive and aware of the benefits of the meat on our bodies, and this tenderloin is a A+++ . Thank you for everything.

  • Incredible piece of meat

    I have eaten and cooked a lot of beef tenderloins. This was my first Wagyu Gold whole tenderloin and it will now be my go to tenderloin. The meat was tender and and delicious. Can’t wait until I can justify cooking another one.
