Our American Kobe filet mignon is so tender and delicious we sometimes think crazy thoughts about how to use it. For example, how about kabobs with filet mignon or something really off the cuff like beef stroganoff? While we wouldn’t seriously consider cutting a beautiful filet mignon into bite sized pieces to use in a recipe, we would jump right in using our Tenderloin Medallions. Cut approximately 8 to the pound, these delectable pieces of tenderloin are about 2 ounces and are a wonderful way to add the luxury of American Kobe beef to everyday meals.

FORK TENDER DELIGHTS
I made them up as kebabs and grilled them for my fishing buddies. Great dinner at the end of a day in the outdoors. Tender and succulent.

Nice but tricky to cook
I loved these but they don't require long cooking. Ready in a flash and easy to overlook. Took a few tries for me to get them right.

Wagyu Medallions Black Grade
Had these before that's why I ordered more. Ordered 8. The first of 8 we had and was not as happy with this as I was the first time we'll see how the others are.
