Gold Grade Tenderloin Pieces are random sized pieces of our highest quality American Wagyu beef. When we cut filet mignon steaks, there are small pieces of high quality steak left over. Until now, we've reserved these for ourselves and used them to elevate comfort food to a ridiculously high level. After serving entrees such as beef bourguignon, stroganoff and chili to friends, we received many requests to start sharing the wealth beyond our doors.
These are packaged by the pound. Every package has some variation in sizes so this product is best used as an ingredient. For consistent sized pieces, try our Tenderloin Medallions.

Greatest Show on Earth
When I opened the package the meat has a wonderful look and fragrance. Yes I said fragrance. the beef smells absolutely wonderful. I fired up my Lodge Sportsman Grill I use natural lump charcoal. I seasoned the tenderloin pieces with salt and fresh cracked black pepper. I let the charcoal burn down so the grill was not too hot. cooked with pieces to medium-rare turn them over two or three times to the moisture would remain evenly distributed throughout each tender morsel. This is the best steak that I've had since I worked on Ladder ranch in New Mexico. That was not Wagyu but it was completely grass-fed and finished. props the Snake River Farms.

Wagyu tenderloin pieces
I bought these because I wanted to try wagyu steak without buying a more expensive cut. The package arrived a day early and frozen solid. Upon inspection of the plastic it was packed in, there was an 1/8” hole causing the meat at and around the hole to be dried out. I lost about 1/3 of the package. The rest of the meat I cooked the rest of the meat in a cast iron pan with butter. I must say I was a bit disappointed after losing so much meat but after eating it I am hooked on wagyu. It is AMAZING !!!

Very happy with this purchase. Just made the best beef stroganoff I've ever had. Meat melted like butter and had such good flavor!

These were even better than expected. I sliced these pieces thin, marinated them and then stir fried them with fresh rice noodles. These were so unbelievably tender and held the flavor well. Will Buy again!

had to retrim pieces and remove silver skin lost a 1/4 of my purchase. was good steak more like prime than wagu. the wagu i've hap in japan melts in your mouth. this is not like that. you could call this angus just as easy as faux or quasi wagu.
