Gold Grade Tenderloin Pieces are random sized pieces of our highest quality American Wagyu beef. When we cut filet mignon steaks, there are small pieces of high quality steak left over. Until now, we've reserved these for ourselves and used them to elevate comfort food to a ridiculously high level. After serving entrees such as beef bourguignon, stroganoff and chili to friends, we received many requests to start sharing the wealth beyond our doors.
These are packaged by the pound. Every package has some variation in sizes so this product is best used as an ingredient. For consistent sized pieces, try our Tenderloin Medallions.
Add a high level of luxury to your everyday dining with these delicious American Wagyu Tenderloin Pieces. We recommend adding a package or two to your next order.

For my first purchase I got the tenderloin tips and made a delicious beef burgundy dinner. Excellent beef!

First time with Wagyu
Cooked sous vide for 45 minutes, followed by a quick sear in a cast iron pan on the grill. It is by far the most tender beef I have ever eaten! Will definitely buy again.

I got several packages of these when they were on sale. Felt that this was one of the best purchases I have made in a long time. When they say trimmings, it is not the junk like fat or non-eatable stuff. It was bite-sized, or two bite-sized pieces of tenderloin. Cooked on the smokin hot grill for 3 or 4 minutes turned out a perfect med-rare that can easily be cut with a fork and melts in your mouth. The 1 pound pkg is plenty for two with the extras that would go with a good steak dinner. Will definitely buy again...when they are on sale. Normal price is a little much for me.
