Filet mignon was tender with some flavor but had some thin white threads of stringy cartilage in spots that made the chew harder. Didn’t meet up to great steakhouse filet mignon

Best filet we ever had!!!
Bought (3) 10 oz. filets for our 26 Anniversary and coked them on our Weber grill and they were the best filets we ever had, so tender you could almost cut them with a fork, the taste was so good. Thanks for the best Anniversary dinner. George D. French

Wagyu filet mignon
it was tender, very thick and quite delicious. plan to order again when my poor budget allows.

Absolutely perfect! The filet had incredible marbling which of course is unusual for a filet. Tasted great and very tender. Excellent special occasion item.
