Double R Ranch T-Bone Steak

The T-bone steak is the little brother of the larger Porterhouse, but despite its smaller size is every bit as flavorful and delicious. The T-bone is a classic steak and has a small filet mignon on one side and a meaty New York strip on the other. Our T-bone steak is nicely marbled and will delight you and your guests with their plentiful size and rich, juicy flavor.

Steak Temperature Guide

Here are the magic numbers you’ll need to determine when your steak is cooked to the degree of doneness you most prefer. The internal temp is when the steak should be removed from the heat. The steak will continue to cook so the temperature will rise during the rest period.

Preference Description Internal Temp
Rare Red center, very cool 110°F
Medium Rare Red, warm center 120°F
Medium Pink throughout 130°F
Medium Well Pink center 140°F
Well No pink Not recommended

*Consuming raw or undercooked meats may increase your risk of foodborne illness. The USDA recommends an internal temp of 145°F and resting for at least 3 minutes.

    I rarely (if ever) am confident to order online "fresh foods" .... But SRF is no joke !     Not as tender as it should have been and was seriously lacking in flavor. Neither wife or I was impressed. This is in direct contrast to the Wagyu Ribeye I bought. It was fantastic. Will stick with the Wagyu offerings.
