    72-Hour Ginger Short Ribs

    There are countless ways to cook short ribs, just so long as you cook them slow. The ridiculous amount of marbling and fat attached to bone in this decadent cut means that slow cooking renders everything into a tender, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth experience.

    The question, of course, is just how slowly you ought to cook them. We decided to test the limits with our Northwest Beef Double R Ranch short ribs and cook them a full 72 hours.
