Snake River Farms Introduces a New Line of Exquisite American Kobe Beef Called Kalbi Cuts
(Boise, ID) - What are Kalbi Cuts? Kalbi (pronounced Kal-bee) is the most famous item in Korean barbecue-style preparations including table grilling. Snake River Farms is now offering a line of Kalbi Cuts made from American Kobe Beef that were originally sold in Asia.
