SRF trophy Recently, The Washington Post assembled a panel of the area’s finest meat purveyors, critics, and chefs to review top brands of beef. The panel voted Snake River Farms American Kobe beef the unanimous winner and offered these reviews:
    “This is what a steak should taste like!”
    “A very juicy, ‘buttery’ steak with a big, round flavor.”

A panel of Philadelphia’s culinary experts had this to say about Snake River Farms American Kobe beef:

At Atlanta’s Park 75 of The Four Seasons, the Kobe beef tenderloins is a top-selling entrée. Executive chef Brooke Vosika says he was first exposed to Kobe beef when he worked for The Four Seasons in Tokyo:
