In one word: bacon. Introducing Double R Ranch bacon-wrapped filet mignon steaks. We cut perfectly sized filet mignon steak from delicious Northwest beef tenderloins and wrap them in a thick slice of premium bacon made here in Idaho using natural hardwood smoke. Our deliciously mild filet mignon and rich bacon is a flavor combination that is both robust and luxurious. A fantastic way to celebrate a special day or make any day special.
Steak Temperature GuideHere are the magic numbers you’ll need to determine when your steak is cooked to the degree of doneness you most prefer. The internal temp is when the steak should be removed from the heat. The steak will continue to cook so the temperature will rise during the rest period.

|Medium Rare||Red, warm center||120°F|
|Medium Well||Pink center||140°F|
|Well||No pink||Not recommended|

Best filet ever. We never buy any meat but SNF now. Our local restaurants serve SRF meat and our friends are always blown away by how tender the meat is. Their prime rib is on our menu for Christmas and their Filets for New Years. You just can't go wrong with SRF. The Kurobata pork is outstanding as well.
