Steak Temperature Guide

Here are the magic numbers you’ll need to determine when your steak is cooked to the degree of doneness you most prefer. The internal temp is when the steak should be removed from the heat. The steak will continue to cook so the temperature will rise during the rest period.

Medium Rare Red, warm center 120°F
Medium Pink throughout 130°F
Medium Well Pink center 140°F
Well No pink Not recommended

    These impressive steaks are the “King” on the grill. Good 4 minute sear on each side and then cook to 130 internal creates a mouthwatering masterpiece. When you truly want to showboat, this is worth every penny!

  • Great cut of beef

    This is the second one I've ordered, and it was as good if not better than the first. Very flavorful after a reverse sear. My only knock on it is SRF needs to step up the quality of their plastic in their cryovac packaging. This is the second I've ordered, and both have had a puncture in the cryovac from the bone. This time it leaked out in the fridge (ie wife not happy). So my recommendation is going with a thicker mil plastic for bone in cuts.
