The Snake River Farms prime rib of pork is the Kurobuta equivalent of a beef prime rib roast. We leave the bones in place for these full rack portions to enhance the flavor and create an impressive presentation at your table. Each natural length full rack of pork is between 10 to 12 bones in length. The long chine bone has been removed so each rack can be cut into bone-in chops or “frenched” for a classic exposed bone roast. Simple to prepare, the prime rib of pork makes any dinner a special occasion.
Due to the unique conformations of this product, approximate weights can vary up to +/- 0.5 pounds.

Pork Roast Never Tasted Better
So glad to have prepared this in two versions. Cut the roast in half and cooked each half on separate occasions. One of the most delicious cut of meat bar none. Owning a Viking oven does help but this roast doesn't need any help it's just filled with succulent flavor and a mouthwatering experience in every bite. Look no more you have found "Nirvana".

Outstanding, I've done the roast and cut a roast into chops. Both are really good but the chops are my favorite.
