  • Kurobuta Pork Holla!

I will never cook ham for Easter again. After cooking the Kurobuta pork collar for 18 hours sous vide using Joule by ChefSteps, it was the most succulent Easter entree I've ever made--even my 7-year old niece (a very picky eater) had second and third helpings.

  • Great Pulled Pork Meal

I wasn't sure how to cook pork collar but after a lot of searching, I decided to use the slow cooker. It turned out great and even the picky eaters I was trying to feed liked it a lot. I would order this again.

  • merry xmas to us!

I ordered this collar for xmas dinner. 4 lbs +- .5 would be plenty. Arrived and package says 3.2 lbs. Using my fingers and toes I figured that wasn't right. Got on the horn to SRF and they agreed with my math. Had a new one on the way and still in time for Xmas. 4.5 lbs this time and keep the other one. You bet! Braised in an apple cider mix for 3 hours. Came out falling apart and moist. Probably my best pork meal yet and in the top few overall! Definitely try this again. (besides my extra one)!
