  • Short ribs

    Used your recipe and slow cooked also added some pomegranate juice. Shredded them and mixed with your pork shoulder which I ground. Then mixed with egg, Himalayan red rice and made meatballs 20 mins. in oven.....Cooked down juice from crockpot for and hour and added raspberry preserve and a touch of BBQ sauce..Drizzled over meatball....Was the hit of our wine party.

    ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR! I WOULD NEVER TELL MY FAMILY OR NEIGHBORS, BUT YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE MADE ME THE SMOKE KING ON MY BLOCK.

  • Kurobuta Short Ribs

    I thought these were incredible. Low & slow on an indirect fire for 2 hours , wrapped in foil and left on the indirect grill for 1.5 hours and then glazed and crisped w/ bbq sauce over direct heat. They came across like a piece of pork brisket. 2 distinct layers w/ a layer of fat between but succulent, tender & juicy. Very Very tasty and a complete surprise. I bought them as as an experiment & I am sold
