Our hams are a natural product may vary in weight by +/- 0.5 pounds. 

Snake River Farms boneless hams (like all our gourmet hams) are fully cooked. Even so, we highly recommend heating them for the best results. Just heat in a 325 degree oven and heat until the internal temperature is 140 degrees, let rest and you’re ready to carve.

    I ordered this for Thanksgiving since it was a rather small group this year (5 adults, 3 children) and I didn't want a giant grocery store ham. Honestly I've never been a big fan of ham, but just wow this thing was incredible. So juicy and flavorful. It really makes every other ham I've ever had seem like trash. It's worth every penny.

  • Awesome Ham

    Did a double smoke on this ham using a rotisserie. Juicy, awesome flavor, definitely jumps to the top of the list for Ham.
