Snake River Farms

Snake River Farms Kurobuta Boneless Whole Ham

Variety is the spice of life, even when it comes to gourmet ham. Snake River Farms Kurobuta hams are now available in a boneless version which makes cutting and serving fast and easy. These are made the same way as all our hams with a special curing process using a signature recipe and a final smoke over real hardwood. Whether you’re carving one of these savory hams at your holiday table-side or making spectacular sandwiches on a picnic table, you’ll appreciate how easy it is to cut uniform and delicious slices.

THE ROKER HAM

Recently mentioned on The Today Show as "The most delicous piece of meat you will ever eat in your life." The Snake River Farms Kurobuta ham is one of Al Roker's favorite gifts to give during the holidays.

“If there were a ham beauty pageant, the lightly smoked bone-in ham from Snake River Farms, with its gorgeous marbling of deep-red and flush-pink meat, would take first prize hands down.” -- From TheNibble.com, “Best Hams: For the Holiday or any Day”

Our hams are a natural product may vary in weight by +/- 0.5 pounds.

Snake River Farms boneless hams (like all our gourmet hams) are fully cooked. Even so, we highly recommend heating them for the best results. Just heat in a 325 degree oven and heat until the internal temperature is 140 degrees, let rest and you’re ready to carve.

  • Thanksgiving Ham

My entire family( 68 to 2.5 years) loved this ham. I used a roasting Pan to heat it, 300 degrees/3.5 hours, keeps it moist and tender.

  • Great Taste

This is great tasting ham, very lean but full of taste, was very good hot and the left over I sliced thin for sandwiches.
