Hamburger
We recommend cooking our patty directly from its frozen state on a grill or skillet. Pre-heat the grill to high. Just prior to cooking, turn the flame down to medium and cook each side for 6 minutes or until the juices running out of the burger have just started to run clear with only a little red remaining. This will give you a perfect medium burger.
Enjoy as quickly as possible after removing from the grill.
